  • The cabin kitchens are fully furnished with full size appliances, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and any cookware you may need during your stay.
  • WI-FI, TV with Dish Network, DVD player, board games, cards, books.
  • Bedding is furnished.
  • Please bring your own pillows, kitchen towels and bath towels.
  • Starter supply of garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels.
  • Hand towels, hand soap and dish soap are supplied.
  • Outside each cabin there is a charcoal grill, picnic table and fire pit with chairs.
  • We supply the firewood, you supply the charcoal.
  • Bring your own life vests

2024 Cabin Rates

WEEKLY  (Saturday-Saturday) rentals only for the months of June, July and August

  • CABIN 1: 1600/week
  • CABIN 2: $1100/week

2 NIGHT MINIMUM stay for the months of May, September and October.

  • CABIN 1: $250/night 
  • CABIN 2: $175/night ​

All rates based on a 6 person occupancy.

$100 extra per person per week or $25 extra per person per day.

Deposit of $500 required for weekly rentals and a 1 night deposit required for nightly rentals. Balance due upon arrival.

Check in anytime after 2 p.m. and check out by 9:00 a.m.


BOAT RENTALS AVAILABLE:

Fishing Boat -14 foot Alumacraft: 40 HP engine, live well, 3 seats, trolling motor, depth finder, electric anchor

  • $600/week

 Pontoon Boat - 24 foot Montego Bay: 90 HP engine, seats 10, depth finder, stereo, bimini cover, swim ladder

  • $1400/week
